This notice explains what we collect and why. It is written for version 1 of the board and will be reviewed by counsel before any wider launch.
Who is responsible

Browsing jobs and employers
You can read every job and employer page without an account. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve the site securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
Listing request form
If you send a listing request we store your company name, contact name, email address, website, chosen package and message. We use this only to answer you, agree a listing and issue an invoice. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
Applications
Applications go directly to the employer through their link or email address. We never receive or store CVs.
Administrator accounts
Our own team signs in with an email address and password to manage listings. Those credentials are handled by our backend provider; passwords are stored only in hashed form and sign-in events are logged for security.
Retention
Listing requests are kept for the business relationship and then for the Swiss legal retention period of ten years for commercial records. Requests that do not lead to a listing are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
Under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data, or object to processing. Write to info@impactinvesting.careers and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority or, in Switzerland, the FDPIC.
